What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Sales Representatives to develop strategies to exceed sales goals through effective territory management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to established customers and internal teams
- Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify key purchasing decision-makers
- Analyze sales figures and reports to develop action plans for specific hospital accounts
- Complete administrative tasks and comply with EHS policies while traveling within the assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-3 years of experience in sales or a clinical background (BSN, MLT, CLS, RT, Cardiac Tech, etc.)
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated success in sales or customer-facing roles
- Experience in diagnostics, point-of-care, lab, or capital equipment sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
- Exposure to professional sales training programs (e.g., Challenger, Miller Heiman)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends
