What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze user behavior, logs, and alerts from various security technologies for clients
- Monitor, triage, and investigate SIEM alarms and client support requests
- Assist in developing and tuning new SIEM detection capabilities
- Participate in documenting incident response activities and security threat reporting
- Contribute to projects that enhance managed security operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity, risk management, or security operations
- Experience with detection and response technologies for threat detection and incident response
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good communication skills for discussing complex topics with diverse audiences
- Self-starter with a passion for learning and professional growth
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with various security technologies such as NGAV, EDR, Firewall, IDS/IPS, and Web Proxy
- Desire to use investigative techniques to solve complex cybersecurity problems
- Previous roles in team settings striving for excellence in cybersecurity
