What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Show Leadership and provide regular updates on project development
- Support the Show Team in delivering assigned Show Art and Technical elements
- Manage production schedules and coordinate with internal and external teams
- Oversee budget management and monitor financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in procurement and contracting of Show consultants and vendors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience or degree in a related field
- Experience with design, fabrication, on-site installation, and programming projects
- Previous experience in Show Management, Project Management, or Coordinator role
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Airtable
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Theatre, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience
- Previous fabrication experience with various materials and processes
- Familiarity with creating and managing project budgets effectively
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with confidence in presentations
- Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and contribute to team goals
