What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to routine customer inquiries regarding operational and technical issues for applicable devices
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the documentation process of customer interactions
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and health information in compliance with HIPAA and company policies
- Provide administrative support and assist with training of new employees as needed
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers through effective communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- 0-1 year of related experience, preferably in a customer service or call center environment
- Good computer skills with proficiency in word processing, database, and email applications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is desirable
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to resolve diverse problems
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
