      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, greeting candidates in person as necessary
      - Communicate interview confirmations to candidates and hiring managers while monitoring attendance
      - Manage select requisitions and assist with screening applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
      - Source candidates to maintain a diverse pipeline and promote job postings through social media and employee referrals
      - Support the candidate lifecycle through ATS, including uploading rating forms and managing tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of work experience in a high-volume Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role
      - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
      - Strong calendar management and organizational skills
      - Exceptional communication skills
      - Ability to take initiative and work independently, while also being a strong team player

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Experience with professional social networks, particularly LinkedIn
