What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot issues on production RIS and PACS radiology systems using various technologies
- Liaise with internal teams, including R&D, Technical Response, Systems Engineering, and Sales to fulfill customer requests
- Contribute to a fast-paced, highly collaborative work environment
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and systems administration functions
- Identify opportunities for team education and career development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of experience in a tech support environment diagnosing and troubleshooting software and/or computer systems
- Ability to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Time Zone or Central Time Zone
- Ability to occasionally work on call and overtime as required by the business

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Computer Technology Diploma
- Certification (MCSE, A+, etc.)
- Experience in a customer service environment
