What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage visualizer integrations throughout the entire life cycle of customers
- Collaborate closely with the Professional Services team to deliver exceptional visualizer experiences on time
- Design elegant and maintainable visualizer solutions to help customers achieve their goals
- Serve as a trusted partner to internal teams (Customer Success, Sales, Product, etc.), providing technical expertise and sharing best practices
- Assist in maintaining existing processes, templates, and documentation while adhering to established guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills, promoting a teamwork mentality
- Good understanding of web technologies including single-page applications, cookies, web views in native applications, HTML, and TypeScript
- Familiarity with programming/scripting
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing technical projects or integrations in a technology-driven environment
- Previous experience in the interior décor or visualization industry
- Familiarity with customer success and technical support processes
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for technology
