What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead clients through small website builds and maintenance projects, ensuring timely delivery
- Educate clients throughout the digital marketing project lifecycle from planning to execution
- Plan, schedule, and develop project timelines effectively
- Manage and update website content and features, ensuring quality assurance and troubleshooting
- Act as the main point of contact for end users, synthesizing information for successful implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent job experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting or coordinating projects, preferably in a technology or web development environment
- Some client-facing experience is required
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
