What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute well-crafted research plans with clear objectives and moderate user sessions
- Design and conduct various UX research methods such as usability studies, A/B tests, and focus groups
- Collaborate remotely with UX researchers, product managers, and product analysts
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Present research findings clearly and manage multiple research projects simultaneously
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of experience in UX research, research operations, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, User Research, UX/UI, cognitive science, psychology, sociology, or a related social science
- Experience with multiple UX methodologies including usability studies and surveys
- Familiarity with the product development lifecycle and/or Agile framework or scrum
- Portfolio showcasing relevant research experience in web or mobile platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience conducting ethical research and end-to-end research studies
- Knowledge of current industry trends and competitor products
