      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored onboarding training plans for new hires
      - Execute training programs using various methods including classroom training, role play, and web-based learning
      - Coordinate ongoing technical training and professional development for field medical and internal functions
      - Identify knowledge gaps and design training programs to address these needs
      - Monitor changing Medical Affairs strategy to ensure training remains relevant and effective

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences with 12+ years of experience in Medical Affairs supporting specialty care products, or equivalent experience
      - 3+ years of industry medical affairs experience in healthcare professional-facing roles
      - Current knowledge of local legal, regulatory, and compliance guidelines relevant to industry interactions
      - Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills
      - Ability to travel up to 40%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in curriculum development and application of adult learning principles
      - Knowledge of education outcome assessment methods
