What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the strategy and management of all on-campus and virtual event programming for prospective and admitted students
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to assess and enhance the effectiveness of event programming
- Manage the operational budget for all event-related activities
- Supervise a team of four professional staff members and oversee a student fellows program
- Participate in admissions-related duties, including travel, interviewing, and evaluating applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
- 5-8+ years of related work experience, including supervisory/management experience
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications; experience with Slate Technolutions and Workday preferred
- Valid driver’s license and availability for evening and weekend work during key periods
