      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop business and maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel to previous, current, and potential clients
      - Conduct sales presentations, prospecting, sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment
      - Collaborate with Revenue Management, Hotel Operations, and F&B partners to support overall hotel performance
      - Document and manage account details to ensure thorough solicitation and closing processes
      - Travel locally to promote Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite and review competition

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality
      - Advanced knowledge of the Association Market
      - Strong communication and presentation skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Delphi.fdc preferred
      - Sales-driven and goal-oriented with a collaborative approach

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous hospitality experience in hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, or other event spaces
      - Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively
      - Enthusiastic and passionate about the role, with the ability to motivate others
