      Position Summary:

      • Rise with us and be responsible for managing the planning and executing HR activities, programs and initiatives
      • Manage the onboarding of new associates and review all employment contracts
      • Reinforce our commitment to associate’s wellbeing by assisting with the facilitation of new associate’s orientation programs whilst liaising with other key departments leaders
      • Assist in interviewing candidates whilst supporting other departments throughout the recruitment process
      • Manage all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements
      • Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with your Human Resources Team
      • Plan, organize and execute Take - Care events and activities for associates, creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeing
      • Assist with creating the hotel’s talent acquisition strategy, networking with local organizations and attending external recruitment fairs
      • Communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position
      • Assist with ensuring employee files contain required employment paperwork are properly maintained and secured for the required length of time, focusing on attention to detail
      • Assists with managing Workers Compensation claims to ensure appropriate employee care and manage costs

      • Relevant experience in a similar managerial role
      • Strong knowledge in employment law
