      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Adult Life Planning to families and caregivers under the Autism Waiver program
      - Develop and implement treatment plans and goals based on participant and family needs
      - Monitor and report on progress towards goals and benchmarks
      - Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and administrative staff
      - Foster positive relationships between the employer, staff, clients, and communities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Certified Special Educator or 5 years of experience in Autism and Adult Services
      - Master's Degree in Special Education or related field preferred
      - Knowledge of Adult agencies and services for individuals with disabilities
      - Understanding of financial planning and long-term support for individuals with disabilities
      - Strong communication, customer service, and technical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with local college-level programming for individuals with disabilities
      - Awareness of local DDA-funded adult service agencies and community support groups
      - Knowledge of applying for disability support services at the post-secondary level
