What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound warm leads received via phone and digital submission
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their requirements
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by guiding customers through the sales process, including coverage options, policy terms, and pricing
- Close sales by effectively addressing questions, concerns, and objections
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active, unrestricted Resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance producer license
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Non-resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license in California within 45 days of hire
- 1 or more years of experience in inbound sales or a similar commission-based sales position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
