      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively identify and pursue new customer opportunities within the assigned territory
      - Lead strategic sales campaigns and coordinate with internal resources to deliver customized solutions
      - Conduct workflow analyses to uncover operational inefficiencies and present tailored recommendations
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across healthcare systems
      - Monitor competitive activity and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in complex sales environments, particularly in capital equipment, medical devices, or diagnostics
      - Proven success in new business acquisition and solution selling
      - Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics, including Chemistry and Immunoassay workflows
      - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with strategic sales methodologies, such as Miller Heiman
      - Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel
      - Strong business acumen to interpret financial data and market trends
      - Technical fluency in laboratory diagnostics workflows
