What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively identify and pursue new customer opportunities within the assigned territory
- Lead and coordinate strategic sales campaigns, delivering customized solutions to meet customer needs
- Conduct in-depth workflow analyses to uncover operational inefficiencies and present tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in healthcare systems
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform account strategies and adapt sales approaches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in complex sales environments, such as capital equipment, medical devices, or diagnostics
- Proven success in new business acquisition and solution selling
- Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics, including Chemistry and Immunoassay workflows
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with strategic sales methodologies, such as Miller Heiman
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and securing high-value deals
