What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively identify and pursue new customer opportunities within the assigned territory for Chemistry, Immunoassay, and Automation solutions
- Lead strategic sales campaigns and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
- Conduct workflow analyses to uncover operational inefficiencies and present tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across healthcare systems
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform sales strategies and adapt approaches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in complex sales environments such as capital equipment, medical devices, or diagnostics
- Proven success in new business acquisition and solution selling
- Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics, including Chemistry and Immunoassay workflows
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman)
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel
- Strong business acumen to interpret financial data and market trends
- Resilience and adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Technical fluency in laboratory diagnostics workflows
