      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively identify and pursue new customer opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on expanding the employer's Chemistry, Immunoassay, and Automation portfolio
      - Lead and coordinate strategic sales campaigns, leveraging internal resources and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions
      - Conduct in-depth workflow analyses to uncover operational inefficiencies and present tailored solutions
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across healthcare systems and laboratories
      - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and forecasting through CRM tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in complex sales environments (e.g., capital equipment, medical devices, diagnostics)
      - Proven success in new business acquisition and solution selling
      - Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics, including Chemistry and Immunoassay workflows
      - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman)
      - Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel
      - Strong business acumen and ability to interpret financial data and market trends
      - Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics to guide sales activities
