What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze solution deployment needs and gather customer requirements to design integrated automation and informatics solutions
- Partner with customers to configure software applications, establish connectivity, and conduct functional testing and troubleshooting
- Deliver customer training and support for workflow operations related to informatics and automation solutions
- Mentor Technical Application Specialists on best practices and provide product lifecycle support
- Collaborate with various departments, including sales, lab management, and IT, to ensure successful project execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or laboratory information systems environment
- Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory processes and information technology
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various departments within an organization
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Familiarity with interface protocols such as ASTM and HL7, as well as Windows Server and Desktop operating systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, ITF+, A+, Net+, Sec+, CySA+, or related fields
- Experience with database management, virtualization, and network connectivity
- Background as a medical technologist or experience in laboratory operations
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of the OSI Model and VISIO
