      When it comes to keeping our vehicles on the roads, nobody has the Know How like NAPA. For more than 85 years, the National Automotive Parts Association has been empowering the industry with quality parts and supplies.

      Today, there are more than 6,000 NAPA AUTO PARTS Stores. About 1,000 of them are corporate owned, and Genuine Parts Company is the employer for these locations. However, there are about 5,000 independently owned and operated NAPA AUTO PARTS Stores where individual store owners are the employer. This position is through an independently owned and operated store.

      NAPA Auto Parts is an independently owned NAPA Auto Parts stores located in Casper, Wyoming where the deer and antelope roam.. We are looking for excellent people to help us continue our growth.

      Job Description

      Primary duties and responsibilities include:

      • Working with Store and Area Manager to develop sales plans and goals.
      • Call on new and existing wholesale, fleet and national account customers within a defined territory to establish and/or grow relationships and sales penetration.
      • Promote the full line of NAPA products and programs to existing customers.
      • Keep informed of new NAPA products or sales promotions by working with the product sales teams and participating in training.
      • Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.

      Qualifications

      Work with the store sales manager to develop sales plans and execution of those plans.

      Call on existing store's wholesale customers to maintain and grow current relationships and sales penetration

      Promote the full line of NAPA products and programs to new and existing customers

      Develop new customer relationships with wholesale customers through prospecting and cold calling.

      Prior experience in an automotive competitive, outside sales environment .

      Heavy duty truck, auto body, paint experience helpful but not required.

      Keep informed-on new NAPA products or sales promotions by working with the factory product sales teams, along with educational opportunities as they become available.'

      Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.

      Adhere to and follow company policies and procedures.

      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      Prior experience in the automotive Parts field, dealership, or jobber establishment a plus...

      Clean driving record a must.

      Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.

      Ability to thrive and have fun in a busy, fast paced retail / wholesale environment.

      Additional Information

      Valid driver's license required.

      Minimum 1 year parts experience needed.

      You must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to meet business needs.
