      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their vehicle purchasing needs
      - Utilize knowledge of the employer's inventory to guide customers toward suitable vehicles
      - Support customers throughout the buying process, from online sales to vehicle delivery arrangements
      - Facilitate a smooth transition from online to in-store purchasing for an exceptional customer experience
      - Mentor colleagues as skills and knowledge expand

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
      - Strong listening skills and a customer-focused approach
      - High level of self-motivation to meet performance goals
      - Open availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-energy sales environment
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in learning new technologies and strong computer skills
      - Willingness to adapt to shifting schedules based on business needs
      - Residing within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center location
