      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit and manage the full-cycle hiring process for maintenance and damage roles including Automotive Technicians, Managers, Clerks, and Oil and Tire Changers
      - Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and build strong talent pipelines
      - Source qualified talent through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking
      - Drive continuous improvement and strategic recruiting initiatives by providing metrics to hiring managers
      - Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that positively reflects the employer brand

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of full life cycle recruiting or similar experience, particularly for a non-exempt workforce
      - Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision
      - Proven expertise in direct sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter and social media recruiting
      - Strong communication skills to effectively interface with management and build relationships
