What you’ll do:

• Assisting the sales team in selling Sky Media products and services to independent media agencies and advertisers across the breadth of the UK
• Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with key agency contacts within a defined portfolio of agencies.
• Establish a strong understanding of Sky Media’s ever evolving suite of advertising products and services and the benefits they offer to advertisers including spot airtime, VOD, sponsorship, online video, AdSmart and data led solutions across planning, activation and measurement of campaigns.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities through conversations with agencies and by using industry tools such as Neilson and Tech Edge.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external collaborators.
• Assist the sales manager in responding to new business briefs ensuring responses are presented clearly, competitively and within the set time scales.
• Support the sales manager in crafting and delivering update presentations as required to a defined portfolio of agencies.
• Develop and maintain awareness of the wider media market and landscape.

What you’ll bring

• Clear understanding of the media landscape and how Sky’s products and services fit into the marketplace.
• Strong sales, presentation and communication skills across all modes of communication including email, phone, video calling and face to face.
• Shown ability to form strong professional relationships both with colleagues and customers.
• Validated ability to work within set timeframes.
• Shown administration and organisational skills.
• Strong mathematics skills including working with formulas to accurately quote pricing and record and compare revenue figures.
• Team focused with a positive “can do” approach to the role.
• TV advertising experience would be advantageous
