  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as the primary point of contact for all Aircraft on Ground (AOG) incidents, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams for prompt resolution
  - Develop and implement logistics strategies to expedite the delivery of critical aircraft parts and services, minimizing aircraft downtime
  - Monitor AOG cases and provide real-time updates to stakeholders, including airlines and maintenance teams
  - Manage end-to-end logistics processes, including procurement, transportation, and delivery of aviation parts in response to AOG situations
  - Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and maintain accurate documentation for all logistics activities
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation logistics, supply chain management, or AOG operations
  - Proven track record of managing AOG logistics in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  - Experience working with global suppliers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
  - In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, aircraft parts, and maintenance operations
  - Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
