What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with life science clients to achieve sales targets
- Deliver a diverse portfolio of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and real-world evidence (RWE) projects
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute statements of work and provide strategic consultation
- Serve as a principal HEOR subject matter expert and contribute to scientific publications and thought leadership
- Manage project staff and ensure quality and accuracy of final deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in HEOR/RWE projects with life science customers
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience leading teams to meet sales and revenue goals
- In-depth expertise in health economics or related subject matter
- Strong track record of publication in peer-reviewed journals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proven situational leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Experience in analyzing healthcare research and conveying findings effectively
