What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain data pipelines, creating reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Serve as the marketing operations contact, collaborating with sales operations for audience segmentation
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems, including marketing automation and CRM
- Translate business requirements into actionable audience targeting strategies
- Monitor campaigns to optimize performance and translate data into actionable insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a decision/data scientist/analyst, data engineer, or software engineer focused on Marketing
- B.S. / M.S. in a relevant or quantitative discipline: Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, and/or Statistics
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio)
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce or similar)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with R, Python, SAS, or other statistical programming languages
- Proficiency with databases and data retrieval, including SQL, Snowflake, Spark, and REST APIs
