What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute and manage Paid Social campaigns across various platforms including Meta, TikTok, and others
- Provide client updates and weekly reports with clear explanations of results and next steps
- Follow established playbooks and best practices for campaign setup and optimization
- Monitor performance metrics and maintain data quality to ensure campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to enhance campaign strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paid Social execution, including hands-on campaign management
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and Meta Ads buying
- Proficiency in GA4 and platform analytics to derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for handling client updates
- Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets and presentation tools; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with additional platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest Performance+, Reddit, and Snapchat
- Background in creative innovation and audience targeting strategies
- Familiarity with automation tools and Bliss Point-guided optimizations
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and pacing effectively
