      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for entering and tracking B2B sales orders from submission to delivery
      - Utilize NetSuite to manage customer account data and oversee the full order lifecycle
      - Maintain proactive communication with internal groups, partners, vendors, and customers to ensure efficient order processing
      - Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies while maintaining accurate records within order management systems
      - Collaborate closely with fulfillment teams to ensure timely shipment and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B or wholesale operations supporting complex order requirements
      - Strong understanding of order fulfillment and inventory management
      - Proficiency with an ERP or order management system, such as NetSuite
      - Advanced spreadsheet skills in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
      - Knowledge of basic accounting principles related to order processing and invoicing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with tangible goods, specifically in the apparel or outdoor products sector
      - Familiarity with program orders and compliance requirements, including routing guides and vendor portal updates
      - Interest in or personal experience with the skilled trades
