Previous baking experience as well as ordering, stocktake and rostering systems

Previous people leadership experience in a Bakery environment

A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills

Excellent prioritisation skills which will enable you to manage your workload

The ability to train and motivate a winning team

Meeting daily and weekly targets, KPI’s, ordering, stock taking and rostering

Ensure the best level of service for our bakery customers

Train and develop staff in your department including fellow Bakers & Apprentices

Tuesday to Saturday 0300-1230
