      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Scan current bank clients' job openings and match them with candidates from the employer's extensive candidate pool
      - Screen and identify the most qualified candidates for each job opening
      - Achieve all established targets and milestones in the recruitment process
      - Suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency of the Bank Recruiting Analyst position
      - Author effective written communication pieces to communicate with clients and candidates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five years of experience in the banking industry
      - Recruiting experience specifically within the banking sector
      - Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines
      - Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and web-based recruiting systems
      - General knowledge of recruitment policies, practices, and applicable employment laws

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the Bullhorn ATS System
      - Creativity and resourcefulness to identify solutions for client needs
      - Strong understanding of various banking positions and skills required across job families
