      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and electronically file Motions for Relief
      - Analyze case status, docket and claims register activity, and account data/history
      - Process files efficiently and effectively
      - Provide timely notifications and documentation to clients
      - Liaise between attorneys, clients, intra-office personnel, and third parties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Bankruptcy-Creditor Rights Law Firm
      - Experience in preparing and e-filing Motions for Relief
      - Proficiency in analyzing case status, docket and claims register activity, and account data/history
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven dependability and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with client liaison activities
      - Familiarity with legal documentation and filing procedures
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
      - Previous experience in a remote work environment
