What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate and maintain customer accounts in relation to bankruptcy status
- Scan and upload bankruptcy documents to ensure accurate updates across all customer accounts
- Conduct follow-up calls to retained attorneys of customers
- File proof of claims with district courts while adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines
- Identify and analyze issues, producing solution-based outcomes and escalating abnormalities to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 or more years of experience with bankruptcy processes and workflows
- Proficiency in computer skills and accurate data entry (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with team members and management
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a financial services or technology environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidelines related to bankruptcy
