What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build sustainable relationships with C/R and Thoracic surgeons in designated programs
- Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in Bariatric Surgery
- Lead fellowship training initiatives
- Conduct strategic market development activities
- Provide feedback to enhance representatives' ability to sell in Bariatric Surgery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in leading through/by example and cross-functional leadership
- Deep knowledge of the titanium and bariatric space
- Proven ability to develop KOLs and centers of excellence
- Experience with data analytics and business acumen
- Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to quickly build credibility
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Thoracic or colorectal sales background preferred
- 5+ years of medical device sales experience
- Management experience or career track
- Bachelor's degree
