What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver direct supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while managing a small caseload
- Regularly review and interpret data collected in sessions, adjusting individualized treatment plans as necessary
- Provide supervision through observations and team meetings with staff and families
- Consult with families regarding treatment concerns, behavior modification, and staff-related inquiries
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager for administrative support and assistance with the caseload
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be licensed as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, and ethics related to behavior interventions
- Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs and engaging with children on the floor
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in applied behavior analysis with children diagnosed with Autism
- Familiarity with various behavioral intervention strategies and treatment modalities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with families and staff
