      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload
      - Regularly review and interpret data collected in sessions, modifying treatment plans as necessary
      - Provide supervision through observation and team meetings with staff and families
      - Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and behavior modification
      - Collaborate with the Clinical Manager for administrative support and scheduling assistance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be licensed as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs
      - Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, and relevant laws and regulations
      - Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
      - Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and engaging with children

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in applied behavior analysis with diverse populations
      - Familiarity with telehealth practices in behavioral therapy
      - Additional certifications related to special education or behavioral health
