What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver direct supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while managing a small caseload
- Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpreting results and modifying individualized treatment plans as necessary
- Provide supervision by observing staff and conducting team meetings with families
- Consult with families regarding any concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff issues
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager for administrative support, scheduling, and general assistance with the caseload
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be licensed as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Arizona
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, ethics, laws, and regulations
- Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and engaging with children on the floor
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in applied behavior analysis and working in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with families and staff
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis methods in ABA
- Background in special education or related fields
