What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform client assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
- Collaborate with clients (ages 2-21), families, and service providers to develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP)
- Implement rehabilitative strategies and activities prescribed by licensed psychologists or psychiatrists
- Conduct preference assessments and reinforce strategies for client improvement
- Supervise direct care duties and support the development of clients’ strengths
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
- Licensed in Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required

- Demonstrated experience in providing ABA services
- Familiarity with behavioral analysis and treatment planning
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience working with children and families in a behavioral health setting
