      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct client assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
      - Collaborate with clients (ages 2-21), their families, and other service providers to develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs)
      - Highlight child, family, educational, social, and recreational strengths and opportunities for improvement
      - Implement rehabilitative strategies and activities as prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist
      - Review and update preference assessments and reinforcement strategies in alignment with the ITP

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
      - Licensed in Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner
      - Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
      - Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with children and families in a behavioral health setting
      - Advanced training or certifications in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
      - Familiarity with evidence-based practices in behavioral therapy
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
