What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as part of the Clinical Team for Person Centered Services
- Conduct case reviews or audits of individuals with significant behavior issues
- Review Behavior Service Plans and provide relevant input
- Analyze data and trends to inform behavioral interventions
- Participate in mandatory staff meetings and perform other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Intellectually and/or Developmentally Disabled individuals
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities, mental health, and social determinants of health
- Licensure preferred in social work, mental health counseling, or psychology
- Strong computer knowledge and familiarity with person-first, person-centered planning concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience related to roles such as ABA, BCBA, or other behavioral experience
- Knowledge of OPWDD services and regulations
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills and cultural competence
