      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and district staff for program development and implementation for students with behavioral and emotional disabilities
      - Communicate effectively with schools and families to enhance delivery methods of special education services
      - Maintain program data for the Autism and Behavior Support Programs
      - Promote and assist with planning staff development for Special Education Services teachers and administrators
      - Perform additional related duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
      - Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience in Special Education or a directly related field
      - Must hold or be eligible for a North Carolina professional educator's license in Special Education or credentials as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
      - Considerable knowledge of behavior programming and mental health
      - Effective communication skills in both oral and written forms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Leadership experience within a school setting, such as Department Chair or committee member for student improvement plans
