      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize play, games, and evidence-based strategies to enhance children's communication, social, and life skills in various environments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 6 months of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
      - Flexible availability, especially Monday to Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays
      - Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID - California mandated)
      - Reliable transportation and comfort working with diverse populations

      - Experience with telehealth or virtual service delivery
      - Strong patience, energy, and optimism in working with children
      - A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families
      - Willingness to complete training and documentation as required
