What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize play, games, and evidence-based strategies to enhance children's communication, social, and life skills in various environments
- Bring energy and compassion to each session, whether at a child's home, one of the employer's centers, or in the community
- Implement personalized plans designed by clinical leaders while celebrating small victories that lead to significant growth
- Adapt to a flexible, dynamic role where each day presents new challenges and experiences
- Support children in achieving life-changing milestones and fostering family hope and relief through progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Flexible availability, especially Monday to Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays
- Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID - California mandated)
- Reliable transportation and comfort working with diverse populations

- Experience with telehealth or virtual service delivery

- Willingness to complete training and documentation as required
