What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide virtual consults and support for the Collaborative Care program within a primary care setting
- Communicate with primary care providers to review medications and discuss next steps in patient care
- Collaborate with case managers to provide advice and brief interventions for behavioral health needs
- Work with an integrated health system utilizing Epic EMR
- Deliver quality patient care in an outpatient clinic environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a Behavioral Health Advanced Practitioner or in Primary Care is strongly preferred
- Must reside in the St. Louis area
- Full-time availability during Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
- Ability to provide consults both virtually and in-person at the Mercy Virtual Care Center
- Commitment to quality patient care and collaboration with healthcare teams

- Experience in behavioral health integration within primary care settings
- Familiarity with phone consultation processes and medication management
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with case managers and PCPs
- Interest in innovative healthcare technologies and patient care improvement
- Previous work experience in an integrated health system
