What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide case management and therapeutic skills training for patients as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments, including the Adolescent Needs and Strengths Assessment (CANS)
- Develop person-centered recovery plans tailored to patients' needs and preferences
- Provide crisis services and maintain contact with designated staff regarding ongoing cases
- Ensure compliance with documentation and billing in accordance with GCC policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Requires a master's degree in a behavioral sciences field from an accredited college or university
- LPC Associate or LMSW pursuing LCSW is required
- One to two years of full-time experience in human services
- General knowledge of mental disorders and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish cooperative relationships with consumers and their families
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two years of full-time experience in human services preferred
- Proficiency with computer skills, programs, and email
- Ability to operate video/virtual communication formats effectively
