What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit and train new agents to promote the unique experience of the employer through trusted relationships and technology solutions
- Collaborate with agents/brokers to develop revenue growth strategies and increase product understanding
- Coordinate sales and retention activities in a team environment to ensure a seamless benefits selling experience
- Educate agents on administrative procedures and product availability while hosting strategy calls to discuss priorities
- Market effectively to agents/brokers to encourage business placement with the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Life & Health License is required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related health insurance or employee benefits sales role
- In-depth knowledge of group insurance products, preferably from an insurance marketing or selling role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with health insurance carriers or brokers
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Zoom for activity tracking and metrics
- Proven track record of developing strategies to drive technology adoption in the benefits sector
