      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the sales team in fulfilling production goals focused on selling non-medical products
      - Maintain an in-depth understanding of non-medical products and processes
      - Support field sales teams and agents/brokers in managing and growing client business
      - Conduct regular follow-up calls to promote new business and expand existing accounts
      - Provide assistance to agents/brokers in presenting non-medical products to clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associates degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related insurance/employee benefit sales role
      - In-depth knowledge of group insurance products from a marketing or selling perspective
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange
      - Life/Health Agent's License is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a consultative sales role within the insurance industry
      - Familiarity with legal environments affecting the insurance market
      - Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and provide constructive feedback
