What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support new business and renewal benefit plans for small group medical and ancillary benefits
- Prepare, organize, and audit census data, plan designs, rates, and carrier materials
- Run medical side-by-side and employee cost comparisons
- Assemble proposal materials and support medical and non-medical quote requests
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree or equivalent work experience with data analysis and professional communication of analytical results
- Strong Excel skills
- Familiarity with healthcare benefits, insurance carrier systems, or independent agency operations a plus
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance or benefits analysis field
- Demonstrated ability to navigate insurance carrier portals
- Previous experience with project management or workflow improvements
- Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and confidentiality protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
