What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, execute, and support discrete programs within Benefits and Leave Administration
- Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of services offered within Benefits and Leave Administration
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive benefits and leave calendar to ensure timelines are met
- Coordinate and manage program activities, including facilitating meetings and maintaining documentation
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and escalate issues as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study required; experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree
- 2-3 years of Program Management experience required
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively coordinate tasks and manage timelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare-related program management
- Familiarity with compliance efforts in a healthcare setting
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with staff at various levels
