      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer all benefit programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
      - Oversee annual Open Enrollment processes, including communication and vendor coordination
      - Manage leaves of absence, including FMLA and ADA accommodations
      - Handle all workers' compensation claims from reporting to resolution
      - Support cross-functional People & Culture initiatives and special projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field preferred
      - Minimum of three years' experience in benefits administration
      - Minimum of three years' experience in leave administration
      - Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations including ADA, FMLA, and ERISA
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PHR designation, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification
      - Completion of specialized training on FMLA or leave administration
      - Experience with HRIS systems, particularly ADP Workforce NOW
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong relationship-building skills and ability to handle sensitive information
