What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support U.S. and Canada health, welfare, and well-being programs, including process documentation and policy updates
- Assist Benefits Manager with Canada renewal activities, including employee communications and enrollment processes
- Manage ongoing administration of group benefit plans in Canada, including new hire enrollments
- Maintain vendor relationships and assist with communication and integration error reporting
- Respond to employee inquiries and escalations regarding benefits programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience with managing global employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with IRS and DOL regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday benefits and payroll systems
- Human Resources-related experience specifically in global employee benefits
- Ability to identify process improvements for team success
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to shifting deadlines
